Poor work on the plumbing side...they fitted the plumbing onto the plasterboard of the ceiling below lol ..fixing it for the 3rd time...leaking boiler has killed the ceiling

Weve just had our loft converted by Charles Jeffrey and are very happy with the workmanship and end result. Our builders, Josh and Archie were hardworking, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They communicated with us every step of the way and were always respectful of our home. They maximised the space and the end result is fabulous. Josh is a top quality builder with good attention to detail who takes pride in his work. Thoroughly recommend for the quality of the build.

Could not even be bothered to show up to give us a quote after ensuring that they would attend the property knowing I had to take time off of work in Order to allow all them to see the job absolute Time wasters .

I wouldnt recommend Charles Jeffrey, unprofessional and poor workmanship. Team difficult to get hold of, despite chasing weekly, 7 months on and items still not been completed, constant excuses someone will get back to us. Loft project timescale given 6-8 weeks, finished October 2020 I understand Covid has caused some delays, but it actually took 17/18 weeks just before Xmas day. Raised concerns that it was very cold in the loft and bathroom, this was due to poor workmanship, and the windows and Juliet Balcony had been installed incorrectly allowing in the water into the loft space and this has not been watertight through the winter, causing draft. Rear side elevation, exposed timber boards under the gutter. Also when removing the rubbish, made a hole in our artificial grass. All these items plus a few more are still outstanding, stay clear.
