The worst building company I have ever seen in my life. They missed me up long way. I will never use them again or advise anyone to use them. They have been appointed by the insurance company and they think that they can deal with my house like if it was piece of sh.. . 2 technicians(called carpenters) arrived at 9am and left at 2pm and all what they done is laying down half of the room of laminated flooring leaving the rest to be completed after 5 days as they can not come back before that( may busy somewhere else.

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. They rebuilt our loo after a series of leaks (the leaks were not Garey's doing). The work was late and shoddy. The manager of the job would never return phone calls or respond to emails. This was a job covered by insurance, and it was heavily "farmed." They retiled the slate floor in such a way that the heating element would no longer fit, and had to tear up the slates again to re-install the radiator. The existing glass shower door would not fit in their un-plumb opening for the shower stall, and they had to have a non-rectangular door specially made and specially tempered, which must have cost a fortune. Who paid for these gross errors? My insurance company. The floor of the shower stall they installed is not level, and collects large amounts of water in the corner, which has created mildew and degraded the grouting; we will have to replace the whole shower floor now. Oh, and to top it all off, their bill for the few items not covered by insurance, for which we were required to pay, double-charged VAT--making the VAT 40%--which the company insists is within its right. Because I refused to pay the extra 20% VAT, now Garey & Sons is threatening to take me to court to get back a piddly 90.14. Avoid this outfit at all costs.
