Awful experience, beautician was 25 minutes late, came in the room speaking her mother tongue. The assistant looked like she needed a hair brush and definitely some good energy. Facial was not relaxing whatsoever, products smell awful. Lack of cleaning. Safety issues, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I f I could give no stars I would, a waste of 90

Personally this review should not even deserve 1 star. My sister came to this place for micro needling and came back with horrendous results. To add, I am not writing this review uneducated about how the skin evolves after micro needling. Her cheeks, jaw and chin were covered in bloody scabs which is not how it should be. Let alone it was only around those areas? Clearly she didnt go around the whole face otherwise it would all be this way. Proving that she does not do her job properly and still earns money for it. I have done micro needling several times in other areas and have never seen anything like this. I would always return with TINY PIN POINT scabs and redness, this has not been the case for my sister as she has been in pain for several days. Also, due to her experience, she could not attend work. To conclude do not come to this place with the mindset that your skin would feel refreshed and improved. You will receive the exact opposite.

Unfortunately it doesn't even deserve 1 star, my son needed lazer hair removal, she promised he will have a great result at the end, even though her price was way more higher then the other quotations I got, I trusted her and thought she was very professional and paid her the full amount but I was very wrong. To my surprise after 6 sessions she told us that she had finished, my son's situation is exactly how he started lazer, she only admits that underarm hasn't worked at all and instead of sorting it out she is demanding more money and thinks she's doing us a favor. I will take this to court as no one else should go through this, he is in university and works part-time to pay for this, I do not understand how people could be so cruel and unprofessional. Stay away from that place is my advice
