Host My Office Limited

Switched to Host My Office to look after our IT and haven't regretted it. They've been really helpful, the system has just "worked" and is flexible and reliable. Thoroughly recommended.

We can, with confidence, highly recommend the 'Host My Office' team for all your IT needs! We commission services through them to provide us with their cloud based storage solution, IT equipment, host our desk tops, look after us 24 hours a day with off site support, consult us on cyber security, data back up and our file sharing needs. The company, as well as being very quick to respond, are friendly and solution focussed. We find their services to be competitive and cost effective. The company are serious about their corporate social responsibility commitments and recently very kindly donated a laptop to the charity; they also very generously donate on a regular basis via our 'Titanium Circle Corporate Sponsorship Package'. Running Taylor Made Dreams, a charity for children with life limiting and terminal conditions, we needed an expert IT consultancy who could offer us security, quality products and reliability, we have that in Host My Office, we wouldn't be without them and their fabulous team! Simon was absolutely brilliant, coming to the rescue when my laptop had a meltdown during lockdown. Simon arrived within an hour to collect my laptop and chat through the problems in a socially distanced fashion. A couple of days later my laptop was returned in full working order. I was really impressed with the service I received. Unfortunately Simon was unable to recover any data from my hard drive but he did go above and beyond, using a number of his contacts to find a solution. Simon kept me informed throughout and did eventually arrive at my door with a hard drive containing all of my lost data which saved me a lot of time and effort. I would recommend Simon to anybody having any IT issues.

Simon and the HMO team have provided my business with invaluable IT support over the last 3 years. I consider HMO to be an extension of my business and one that I simply would not be able to function without. The hosted platform that we all use is simply brilliant, it enables the whole team to be up and running wherever we are and includes vital regular back-ups. The service from Simon and his team is always first class and not only would I recommend their services, but i would actively encourage other businesses to also invest in this extension to their business.

Host My Office are the market leader in technology and support solutions in Kent and the South East. Their system backup and anti cyber service is military level security at a fraction of the price and I can't praise their Hosted Desktop service enough. It allows you to work from anywhere in the world with as little as an iPad or laptop. You could be on the beach, or on your yacht, or in a Paris restaurant. It's brilliant.
