Rooms: The rooms were horrible and looked like a block of council flats. The rooms were even smaller than a Premier Inn. Rather would have stayed at a Premier Inn or Travelodge. The rooms also felt very dated and the TV was very pixelated. Nearby activities: The grounds are very large and you can go on many walks however the paths on these walks were quite overgrown with plants and extremely muddy. There is also a small museum about the Estate's history. Food & drinks: Some of the drinks tasted quite off and the food was either too hot or too cold and simply didn't taste nice!

I didn't stay but came here for lunch and a dog walk. My dogs were welcomed literally with open arms, water and opening windows so they didn't get too hot in the beautiful conservatory we ate in. Absolute treat to eat, drink and walk here. Real 5* luxury. Food & drinks: Absolutely superb. Very good with allergies and lovely with my dogs. Incredibly thoughtful staff, super kind!
