        I have done yoga for over 30 years, but this was the first time trying hot yoga. The teachers Ian and Bene are brilliant and provide alterations for people with different capabilities, so there is a chance to improve even if you are an experienced practitioner. The studio is clean and the ambience is great. I come away feeling light, happy and peaceful after every class!
