Wai Chung Yoga

The Yogathon on Saturday was a great experience. I was only able to stay for 54 sun salutations, but even that was an invigorating experience and I am definitely still aching from it today! Namaste x

I have been to many classes and retreats run by Wai over the past few years and they have always proved to be very valuable and enjoyable experiences. Wai's fantastic teaching skills and holistic approach has always allowed me to get so much out of each class, whether it be learning more about myself, my body or the practice in general. I highly recommend yoga with Wai to everyone!

I really enjoy Wai's classes, I always feel a lot more relaxed and my mind becomes calmer afterwards. I've also become a bit more flexible too! Regardless of what level you are, I like the fact she offers options if you're unable to do a pose and she's very approachable.

"Wai as a yoga teacher, so different to many others, embraces the holistic full body and mind experience, meaning her classes take me on a personal journey which leaves me feeling calm, centred, stretched and revitalised. I get informed about yoga philosophy as well as receiving personal guidance, advice and help with poses, even within the group class, which helps me to improve in my yoga practice.
