    Staff not very helpful or friendly plus unable to show me the car in the spec we wanted. They must be doing really well as I had to play hunt thr sales member. I'll be ordering a new VW however not from this garage or the Peter Cooper group of garages

    Took my car in for a service and for an oil leak to be rectified. Got a report stating I needed a variety of repairs doing (just shy of 1500 for the total bill). A couple of weeks after I noticed that the oil leak was still present. I subsequently emailed multiple times and rang a number of times. No response from either method was just constantly fobbed of saying that the service department will be in touch. All the while still receiving marketing emails from them. Eventually I got fed up and went into the dealership, they admitted fault and said they would fit the correct part and I wouldnt be charged labour..Surprisingly they didnt have the part in stock so I was told to ring and make and appointment. Once again no responseshock. These guys are jokers. You will not feel valued as a customer, the service they provided was absolutely shocking. More than happy to take your money but not provide the service promised. Bunch of bellends.
