This is the most helpful company I have dealt with in a long time.Arrival at the terminal and parking was easy and well organised. We had to cut our cruise short due to a family health issue and I called to ask if I could collect my car early. The lady on the telephone was brilliant and arranged for my car to be ready when I got back down to Southampton. When I go there the car was ready for collection and had even been started up so that it was de-iced and warm. I would definitely recommend this company and would like to thank all of the staff for their help.

A big thank you to CPS Parking in Southampton. We always use CPS for parking, on our last cruise we returned to our car to find some damage, some sort of corrosive substance had been spilt on the door damaging the paintwork. We fetched an attendant who took photos and details and told us it would be sorted. They were as good as their word Sarah Moat the call centre supervisor told me to get two quotes, they were both a similar price she said I could go ahead and get the repair done and they paid the garage. Absolutely excellent service from CPS and particularly Sarah. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

5 stars + this is a great service, valet parking left one berth and returned via another the car has been moved, no issues, perfect technology. Many thanks well trusted
