British Red Cross First Aid Training

I turned up for a paediatric first aid course on 14 oct 21at 0845 for a 0900 start, but the instructor didnt turn upi tried contacting them but could not get through so left my number, they got back to me at 1015 and said they had left a message on my work phone at 0817, 43 mins before the start of the course, I live 40 miles away in bournemouth so left at 0745. Joining instructions are atrocious, i drove but there is no parking, THAT is not on the JI's, you cant turn into the the road so where is the road to get to the building, who ever wrote those JI's has no idea what they are doing.

As a course I give 5 stars it was great with fantastic communication. However I felt like a leper as as I came from a postcode with covid incidents and although I am shielding and produced a NEGATIVE test I was treated as a potential Covid carrier. It is interesting to say that I noticed, a person that admitted that they meet hundreds of people everyday in their working envitonment, working with the general public, took their mask off during one of the breaks and were speaking loudly with no one makig a complaint or asking them to put their mask on. Funnily enough the instructor used that person to practice with!
