Lift between platforms 'not working' and was laughed at by a member of staff when I asked for help getting my pram and one year old daughter down the stairs. He even laughed at me and said 'well you got yourself up there'! SWR has a duty to assist passengers that need help getting around the station and I am beyond perturbed by the unhelpful and humiliating response of the staff! I tried to drag the pram down the stairs myself which was dangerous. Fortunately a passerby came to help me! SHAME ON SWR for not providing and alternative to the lift and refusing to help a customer and their daughter!!
