        DO NOT BUY from this company, after sales is terrible, I have been trying to get a spare part for 4 months and have been promised multiple delivery dates all of which have been missed.

        Matabo hamer drill burned out after 30 small holes in concrete blocks. Matabo refused to honour their warranty because their tests showed it had been "overloaded". Very poor quality and very poor attitude. You would be better off using something from a Christmas cracker.

        Fantastic customer service, I had a minor fault with a Metabo power tool, and they sent out a replace part next day, no quibbles. The tool has also been excellent.
