        Awful. I registered my newborn over 3 weeks ago I have rung up twice and they still havent Registered her properly. I have asked about six week appointment and eight week vaccination as she is now seven weeks and they still havent organised it. They were very unhelpful over the phone and very rude. Pointless having the reception team there.

        His was my first visit here.. OK.. so the surgery looks a bit tatty outside...inside is fabulous with excellent reception area and welcoming staff..and the care team are fabulous..happy to return here..

        I really can't understand why one of the largest populated areas of Southampton should have such a really poor doctors surgery and after 2 online requests for a sicknote after seeing a doctor from another surgery who Actually told me that I need to stay from working it is really poor service
