Tesco Express

Not the best customer service! the staff is not welcoming at all and rarely willing to help, not even approaching them, they are always busier restocking or chatting between them. As an Hermes parcelshop, I always need to go two or three times a day since they always have issues with the scanner, or lack of labels, or staff not trained properly. I do not recommend this shop.

The new shift manager thinks it's perfectly acceptable to bare face lie to a customer that up until now, shopped daily for 2 years!

Came into Tesco on London Rd today to buy something that, online, was advertised at 1.05. When I got to checkout, I was charged 1.55. When I questioned the guy about the price difference, stating the online price, his response was well thats how much it is I store. Im pretty sure shops cannot mark up their own prices in store to more than what is stated on their website. Doesnt seem entirely legal. Only thing keeping this place going is the Clubcard prices and the fact its the closest shop for about 300 people. Always understaffed and the amount of times theyve had to open late and blame the lack of staff is a joke. Wouldnt recommend, just go 2 roads over to Sainsburys.
