Excellent treatment, Joe is very friendly with great knowledge whist being very professional. He gave me a really good sports massage and cracked my back in more ways and places than i thought were possible. I was most impressed by the tips Joe gave me aside from just the massage, easy habits and posture changes you can easily adjust that make a big difference. Situated in a slightly different area then you may expect but don't let this fool you it is a great place to visit. They offer free refreshements while you wait in the comfy reception too. I managed to win my boxing match too! So it must have worked! Hope to be back in soon, Callum

I booked for sport massage true the group website. I had a back pain and everybody said sport massage can help me. The picture that they used for advertising was completely different than the real place. I always go for massage in different place but this place was very dirty and unhygienic! When people decide to go for massage they like to have relaxing time. But the place was so cold and bed made too much noise during sport massage!!! The lady did massage was great and friendly but their facilities were so low.

Found Peak through a great Groupon offer and was so happy with the massage I've been back several times since and am booked later this month too. I always walk out of there feeling so much better than when I walk in. They've just moved as well and it's easier to park. Highly recommended.

Soon to have my 3rd massage with Janet, very great full for the knowledge and exercises she has passed onto me. Very firm sports massage but really feel as though it is making a difference to an old shoulder injury. Excellent thank you Janet.
