Karol was very welcoming and approachable. He asked me lots of questions and manipulated my muscles and tendons in a gentle way. Gave me plenty of information on how to add some exercises to my routine. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a professional physio.

I'd been struggling with plantar fasciitis for around three months before deciding to go for physio. At that point I had a lot of pain just walking and couldn't put my full weight on it when standing up. Karol gave me lots of stretching, balancing, and strengthening exercises to do, gradually increasing the difficulty over a few months as I got back into running regularly and longer distances. It's really helped to rebuild my confidence. The issue flares up after some long runs or speed sessions but thanks to Karol I know how to manage the symptoms and when to take a break.
