Unaro has been an incredibly valuable tool in our marketing toolbox. As a new business and new brand starting in a post-covid marketplace, we needed to leverage every tool we could. Unaro allowed us to quickly and easily capture data that we could then pass to our marketing team to remarket with relevant offers. A slow and tiresome task, such as collecting opt-in marketing emails, has become a near-automated process, allowing us more time to focus on growing the business.

Working with Jack and Nathan at Unaro has been a great experience for us at Dental Studio. From my many initial queries on the Unaro service through to a trial session arrangement at our practice, which has now successfully led to us implementing this great and easy to use patient feedback service at both of our sites. This supports us as a business learning, growing and developing as a team from all feedback given to us from our patients. Most importantly, with ease! Jack has been friendly, professional, responsive, adaptive and informative throughout my entire communications with him. This approach builds trust and an excellent rapport. Even when we had a small glitch the team immediately rectified this and also ensured that our team had a little treat as a form of apology, which and was a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. Working with Nathan on training and set up was also a breeze, he made it so easy, patiently talking through every step and answering all queries, ensuring we were confident to use and good to go! We have already seen an increase in 20+ reviews within the first few weeks of using the service. I also know both are at the end of the phone for all future support. We will very much look forward to working with the Unaro team in the future.
