A complete waste of time and money. Customer service is terrible and good luck trying to contact someone with any issues. Was told Id get a refund upon consultation but cant get hold of anyone

Was told that a 25 deposit was needed to secure a phone consultation with a sales member and that it was fully refundable should I attend the consultation. I did, however the money was still taken and despite many emails and phone calls no one is responding or acknowledging my efforts to get my money back. Ho can anyone have confidence in a company that has such poor customer service at such an early stage of a procedure. I do not trust them and will definitely not be using them for anything!
