        Very disappointed with attitude of staff, my son was trying a skateboard and was asked not to! To me that is the whole point of going into a shop is to touch and try the products, I work in a bicycle shop, I would not sell a bike to a customer unless they have at least rode round the block on it. So sorry route one I will no longer shop with you and will buy online cheaper instead.

        Not particularly helpful! Went in to buy a helmet, tried one on and it was too big- the guy didnt bother to take the time to explain that inside are different pads that alter the size- Only found this out when I went to another shop next day to buy one where the lady was super helpful and adjusted it to fit me- ended up buying more than I intended- Route One lost out!
