I have had 2 signs from this company, both excellent and fast delivery. Just before Christmas (23rd Dec), I had an issue with a sign remote, I contacted the company, explained the fault and they said they would send out a replacement. Mid-January my replacement remote unit arrived, not bad considering Christmas Holidays and postal strikes, and no fault of the company here. Excellent customer service and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a neon sign.

We ordered our sign on 20 December, a few days before Sparkled UK were about to close for their Christmas break. The gentleman we spoke to was extremely helpful. We ordered our sign in our font choice which was so much easier than trying to match our branding with other fonts that are available. Our sign arrived yesterday, 6 January, much sooner than we expected. The quality of the workmanship cannot be questioned as it is perfect. The packaging for such a fragile article was excellent. What can I say, it is much more than we expected. We carried out a lot of research to find the right company to use as Neon signs are not inexpensive. This one was not too pricey and well worth the money spent. We cannot thank Sparkled UK enough for their prompt delivery and excellent service. We recommend them without hesitation and welcome any contact from their future customers to verify our review. The picture of the sign is taken with the sign not installed as we are using it at a show next weekend. Thank you so much Sparkled UK for such excellent service, we will be in contact again soon for our second sign.

I've worked with the Sparkled team on a few occasions now, and every time i'm blown away at the passion and expertise these guys have - If you need a custom sign, or lighting installation, these are the guys to go to! Highly recommended.
