The Sharpening

I took my set of very blunt kitchen knives to Will, he restored them back to their full sharpness again and in super quick time. Very friendly and reasonably priced business, Ill recommend to friends and family without hesitation. Thanks Will

Very disappointed I took my Japanese chef knife for sharpening as it had a chip in it that was about 5mm, he then proceeded to take my knife under a grinder and chip it even more about twice it was just heartbreaking to watch something I love just get destroyed then I still was charged for it, I would love to have it back the way it was before I took it there my knife is now about half the width and doesn't preform at all they way it used to. Maybe if u have something sturdier he would do a good job but for delicate thing like this I would suggest going somewhere els I guess I get what you pay for.

I gave Will eight chisels for sharpening. They had been used for a long time and they were in a bad shape. Will sharpened them in no time as I needed them for a job. Professional work for a very reasonable price. Thanks!
