        We took two overlockers for howard to look over and demonstrate, He did this in a friendly and polite way . It was well worth the hour long trip and will be using again.

        Howard yet again came trumps. It was me being thick and not my machine. So he gave me a quick lesson on how to sew button-holes, and adjusted my auto threader. It might be a 30 mile drive, but I never regret the time it takes as I trust him never to insist I get a repair unless it is necessary.
