It is a nice and clean apartment in a convenient location, and the place is perfect for an autonomous living: there is a fridge, a microwave, a cooker, and plenty of dinnerware and cutlery. There are many takeaways around, too, if that's your kind of thing.
Historical center is literally five minutes away, and there is quite a big park just near the place. All in all, the best deal around, especially for its price.
