        Been going here for a long while and the food is good for the price and the staff are all polite people. But for the love of god sort your logistics out. When ordering it feels like a 50/50 chance to actually get your order. I've had at least a dozen orders cancelled. And unfortunately due to my declining health I don't travel much anymore or I would pick the order up myself. It's kind of disappointing, this is a fantastic restaurant but delivery needs improving.

        Normally this is our go to place, this time it was horrible! One of the breakfast boxes were loaded with oil, overcooked black sausages, rock hard bacon and the hash browns were soggy ful of oil and also missing a sausage roll which is fine as we never have any negative experiences with Terrace Sandwich Bar. I hope our next visit will be as per usual 5 stars
