This Pret needs some real training. A lot of the staff are rude and unhelpful. The drinks are often made wrong or to a very low standard (burned milk) or cold drinks when they should be hot... The staff also seem to make drinks worse when you have a subscription, as if its a free drink, when its not its 25 per month. I also have to mention that the bald man who seems to be a manager is rude, unhelpful and I have on occasion seen him pour a premade drink into my reusable cup... meaning that it was luke warm at best and tasted awful...
