        AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I spilt water on my laptop and took it in for repair, after chasing them for two weeks they finally told me it needed a new keyboard. They then proceeded to order the wrong keyboard (A true rookie-mistake!) and when I said I cannot write my thesis, using it, his response was "get used to it." I then again left it with them and finally after loads of calling and fat stories went to pick it up and he says oh we could not swop keys - just buy stickers to put over the keys that are different. The laptop is now also completely broken - will not open or close properly and the nonchalant attitude of the owner and staff is beyond unprofessional. Twice taken in and twice returned in a worse state than when delivered to them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LAPTOPS HERE FOR REPAIR! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. CLUELESS!
