Was handed a clipboard and pen and asked to fill out a form for a covid jab the clipboards and pen were not sanitised between users and there was no hand gel avaliable to be used.

Booked an evening appointment for my booster for 16th Dec. There were long queues from the car park which snakes around through the tent, around the building and then inside the building. Given the amount of people it was very well co-ordinated with volunteers directing parking and controlling the queues in an orderly fashion. Staff were polite and friendly. Other than the waiting which was inevitable. It was a smooth process.

No difference between booking an appointment and walking in. You'll still have to wait in the line for 30 minutes. But the staff are kind and friendly.

Took my children today (9 and 6) to have their 2nd vaccinations. My 6 year old is autistic and wasn't in a happy place when we arrived. The staff greeted them by name. I made them aware of my sons needs. They kept him entertained and they took us through to a private side room. They sat and talked to my daughter asked her questions and asked for her consent as well. They vaccinated her. Then when I said they had a small window for my son they did it quickly and without fuss. Whilst my son screamed like a stuck pig they offered him and me some comfort asking if we where okay. They gave the children certificates and stickers and they have a cute wall the children can write on about how they feel about it. They where extremely kind and caring and highly recommend them. Many thanks.
