        Wouldnt recommend. Failed to return 3 deposits, myself and 2 others as they were keeping hold of it due to the other tenant not paying his full rent. Even after many emails and visits to the office they didnt get the rent from the tenant so we never got our deposits back. So the 3 of us are out 400! Furious.

        I have contacted their office regarding neighbour issues and the response (when it did happen) was negative, rude, dismissive and disrespectful.

        I wish if i could rate a ZERO STAR. Such aweful experience with this agency. They dont make even slightest of any adjustments for any dates. I always heard back excuses in the name of internal policies to extent whatever in their own way. The staffs are not professional at all. The head staff even talked very rudely during the end of the tenancy term. I would NEVER recommend this agency to anyone and wish such companies who take advantage of students dont exist anywhere.
