Posh Pads

Very Helpful Staff - Accidentally locked myself out the house , called the property manager and she had someone come and open the door for me within minutes. Big thank you to Radek who came within 5 minutes and let me back in :)

I am student just a few months into tenancy Posh Pads have been quite helpful so far, during our tenancy they have been doing re construction on a large majority of the house and in that whole potentially turbulent time there has not been any major problems. We had a few minor problems which were resolved within 48 hours. I truly think that Posh Pads has quite a high standard of housing and they are upholding that. Overall pleasant experience, will probably update towards end of tenancy

Do not rent from posh pads under any circumstances. They consistently break the law and take advantage of their tenants. I am friends with someone who used to work there and have written proof that they deliberately withhold deposit repayments until the date for disputing the amount has passed. They also threaten your deposit if you dont use their cleaning company. They are a disgrace.
