        Enjoyed my stay here this year, and have decided to rebook for next year! Modern and relatively spacious studio room (I'm in a Sapphire) for the price. The room itself comes with a fully fitted private galley kitchen with hob and combi oven, as well as shower room, cabinets/desk, all bills and internet. The location is nice, close to shops (Lidl 10min walk) and cafs as well as bus stops. Also opposite the park which is nice when it's warm! About 15 mins walk or 7 mins scooter to Solent Uni so close enough to commute. Management and Maintenance are very responsive and accommodating with a helpful app to report any issues (such as a broken light etc). The building has a laundry room with Circuit machines, as well as a common room with a pool table, TV and study space. Can't say I've had any issues here, would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay while studying at Uni!

        Enjoy living at Queensgate. Location is convenient, view of park and water is nice. Staff have always been responsive and friendly. Enjoy the free snacks and events :-).
