Acoe Property Management Portsmouth Worst experience ever and very very rude. Absolutely pathetic excuse of a company. They do not accept any liability for anything they do wrong and will always find a way to hold the tenants liable for their own mistakes. Acoe's staff are rude, especially Kayleigh Hall who I have been in contact with the most throughout my time at the property. Ever since the property was handed over to Acoe by Tenant Network, the overall experience and customer service has taken a massive turn for the worse. Just to give you an idea of exactly what sort of situations Acoe have left myself and my housemates in this year is with regards to a blocked drain. We had a blocked drain in the garden which they took around a week to come and repair, and when I say blocked I mean well over 6 inches of grey water making the garden completely inaccessible. Acoe sent out one of their contractors to unblock the drain, which was complete successfully, but as you can imagine, there is a sticky thick sludge left behind on the patio. So what does their contractor do next, he walks it through the house marking the carpets. Not to mention he has walked through a kitchen with boots that have been in sludge and water from a drain... We reported the marked carpets to Acoe, but once again they are not liable as their contractor 'does not recall marking the carpet'. Apparently that is that, and we have to either clean it or have it professionally cleaned at our expense. Every time I have come into contact with Acoe, I have been left feeling a lot of discomfort and with a lack of confidence in an incompetent company. If I could leave a 0 star rating, I would gladly. I strongly recommend you avoid this shambles of a 'company'.
