AVOID. Literally moved in today, spoke to the guy yesterday who said there was working wifi to my face. Turns out there isn't any wifi at all (not just wifi that is slow or doesnt work) and people here work from home how am I expected to do my job? Doesn't reply to any messages and still hasn't sent tenancy agreement after chasing for days. Washing machine also doesnt work (and its a newly refurbished place, go figure :) , furniture missing and not assembled. Complete shambles, if you are googling this and read this review please do a 180 and do not rent with these people no matter what. If they fix these issues FAST i will update this to reflect that but at this point they do not deserve any business

its been 3 months i have been here in southampton and it was a very beautiful experience of house with SDM property ltd i would also recommend my friends to be with them as well

We were unfortunate enough to live next to a property managed by them. They have left a fire alarm beeping for a month now. The garden is left in a disgusting state to the point it's attracting rats. The tenants are allowed to smoke w**d inside the house. The tenants are constantly hammering the walls. They have ignored all attempts to get in touch with them, they do not reply to emails and on the rare occasion they answer their phone they say they'll call back and then never do. When trying to contact the landlord about a maninence issue they stopped replying, ignored our calls and did not pass on the message to the point we nearly had to take legal action (this was only prevented as we were able to contact the landlord directly) If you're a landlord avoid at all costs. ETA: interesting that there's a load of 5 star reviews posted at the same time all sounding like they're written by the same person!
