My Nans shower was running either at the temperature of the surface of the sun or cold enough to cryogenically freeze myself. Ross promptly replaced the faulty part in the boiler so it now maintains temp no matter how long it's running. (I like to spend about half an hour in the shower when I am there, takes a while to wash my hair). My Nan added that he was very polite and professional too - 100% recommendation!

I needed my washing machine to be reinstalled into my new property. He was very responsive - came within an hour. He noted 3 issues which I too was concerned about and he rectified them, one being the hose pipe itself, stiff and completely bent, the chipboard panel between the washing machine and cold water tap which was obstructing the pipe and finally the connection which I failed to connect properly. He solved all of this and his price was fair. He was knowledgeable and professional. Tested the washing machine before he left. Excellent service.
