I highly recommend Heatworks Heating & Plumbing. We needed a new boiler and I am happy we chose this company. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process. They listened to our needs, explained everything and provided a quote accordingly (which was very competitive and fully adhered to).The Engineer Luke was very punctual, professional and tidy who carried out the work with utmost care. The installation was of the highest quality with absolutely no short cuts taken. After a very long first day, Luke returned bright and early the 2nd day as he was not satisfied with the efficiency of a few of the radiators,ensuring everything was absolutely right before leaving. I recently needed my boiler replacing which I ended up getting several quotes to ensure I got the right people for the job and I can say that HeatWorks were by far the most helpful, down to earth and confident in what they suggested/offered, making the whole process a breeze and far less daunting than I thought it was going to be. They were thorough from start to finish ensuring relevant quotations were provided in person (unlike the others) with no unnecessary costs added on! Was recommended this company and having looked up their feedback went ahead and booked a new boiler to be fitted. Dean came and quoted and was thorough so we understood every aspect of the job . Date set fitter Luke turned up on the dot and proceeded to work a solid day with care taken in protecting our premises. Brilliant polite young man who went the extra mile for our satisfaction. For care 5/5 for business care 5/5 for instant extra care 5/5.Would recommend this lovely local company to anyone intending any work to be carried out on a domestic property.
