Magenta Nellthorp
Visited last Wednesday with some friends from out of town. We did 2 separate food orders (within seconds of each other) to save complications of separating out the bill. My friends food came out within 5 minutes, 45 minutes later I was still waiting for mine despite asking serving staff twice and being told its just coming. When my food eventually arrived I had to sit and eat on my own in front of friends who had long since finished eating. When I complained to the wait staff and manager, I was told it was my fault that it was so late because I should have gone up to the counter and told them I wanted it right away?! This makes absolutely no sense. Waste of money and time.
