Optimal Physical Therapy

Had a fantastic physio experience with Rares at OPT, at the time I was training for a marathon and went to receive a sports massage during one of my taper weeks and also post race. Rares provided a great personalised service to make sure I could perform to my highest standards at my race. Both treatments worked really well as part of my training and in preventing any injuries occurring. Will definitely be visiting again.

Great physio, good knowledge of different sports and how to deal with different injuries and different needs of people. Would highly recommend as I have been many times and he doesnt fail to help fix my issues or prepare me for competitions.

For the price the service and professionalism is perfect. I've been to other places before, but here you're made to feel comfortable and you leave better knowing you've been treated properly. I've just finished having a handful of sessions and now confidently feeling back to my self. Thank you again, Rares!

Few months ago i had problem on my lower back effecting my sciatica as well, had 3 sessions with Rarees and he sorted it. Great service and flexible with appointments.

Rares is amazing, 5 stars dont quite make justice. I have a bad left shoulder so he focused the work on my upper body (shoulder & lower back). The difference he made in just one session is incredible. I would very highly recommend him to anyone looking for a sports massage therapist they can trust.
