The mans a Miracle worker yesterday I could hardly walk after 4 years of lower back pain, a herniated disc and sciatica, one treatment with Paul and today I am almost pain free. If you have pain go its well worth the money.

I came to Paul with neck and upper back tension leading to headaches when doing long distance running. I've frequented sports massages for years but seem to only get temporary relief from the aches and pains I was experiencing. After my second session with Paul back at the beginning of August I haven't had any problems since! The tensions in my neck and upper back have seen a more long lasting fix just after 2 sessions! Would highly recommend if you're open to a different treatment and Paul is incredibly professional and made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the whole session.
