Spring Groomers

We used the amazing ladies at Spring Groomers for a year while we lived in the area. They were fantastic with our very nervous rescue dog only ever going at his pace and doing as much as he could tolerate. Within a couple of visits they had worked out how to actually get everything done with minimal stress and anxiety for him. I cannot praise and thank them enough! Highly recommended!

Brilliant couldn't ask for a better dog groomer . Looked after our dog so well. And the cut was spot on .

Took my girl there today for the first time, she came out looking and smelling gorgious. The ladies where amazing with her and very reassuring to me. Will definitley be going back.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star but unfortunately cannot go any lower. Rudest person I have ever come across. I messaged her a polite text to book in my puppy for a full grooming service in which I received a response not even starting with a hello back. Blunt and not friendly or welcoming at all which the website falsely advertises. I dont know how she has customers after the way I got spoken to this morning. When I replied confronting her rudeness she decided to explain that she is asking because its a puppy and making sure of what type of groom I want and that her answers might come across blunt. Even though I had already explained what groom I was after in the first text. I will never ever be recommending this place to anyone and I am so shocked at her vile manner. Im glad I never booked in with her. Id love to know her age and whether shed appreciate being spoken to how I did this morning.
