Lee Carroll Fitness

I've been training with Lee for the last few months, I've shed more then three stone and counting with him, would personally recommend him to anyone. He's friendly and reliable and worth his weight in gold.

I've been training with Lee since February, i cannot describe how pleased I am with the results so far. I've lost nearly three stone and my body shape is unrecognisable from my starting shape. I've gone down several sizes so far, with the promise of more to come. Lee works me hard, but, I need that. He is full of encouragement and is always mindful of how your feeling. Worth his weight in gold. I will continue to use him as its a journey we started together, he has guided me this far, but, there is still a way to go. Thanks Lee.

Lee is a great, reliable and flexible PT! The sessions I have with him are always varied and he encourages me to work hard. Lee also helps me with my nutrition, and explains clearly how I can make this a habit and sustainable.

I have been training with Lee for three years. Lee keeps the sessions interesting and varied and keeps challenging me to improve. Being in my 50s I have to listen to my body more than I used to. Lee pays attention in the sessions, warning me when Im pushing too hard and adjusting the sessions to help me to avoid injury. I would definitely recommend Lee to anyone looking for a personal trainer due to his knowledge and vast experience
