        I bought a glass with 129 frame and the temples were very loose! One was broken within 6 months. They could not repair them while it seemed easy to fix. No offer was available if I wanted to replace the frame or get a new glass!

        The optician was very helpful but glasses was not right at all. Reception staff not helpful stood there chatting for a few minutes before booking us in and rude to other customers. Store looked clean but stank like an old dish rag. Wouldnt return
