Had to get glasses for my youngest daughter but couldnt find the correct size for her. Shes only 5 and all the kids glasses seemed a little too big for her face. One of the lovely staff members took her time and helped my husband pick a pair for my daughter. Thank you so much for youre time and effort. Unfortunately, we didnt get a name for the staff member. She was a Muslim lady.

Had marginal sight loss in my left eye . Intermittent no floaters . The professional friendly efficient opticians , and every member of the team worked with me to diagnose my concerns such that I am now up the eye hospital getting getting treatment for a retinal tear . You addressed my concerns and found the problem. From me noticing the problem on Thursday to making an appointment Friday night for a visit Saturday afternoon, by Saturday evening I am sitting up the eye hospital waiting to get the eye treated . This is a review of the excellent help provided by the specsavers team but also a reminder of how important it is not to ignore changes in your sight . Thank you and god bless you all

So I brought a pair of glasses few weeks a go went to put them on the other day and the arm came off so took them back for the workers to say they cant do anything as they feel I have snapped them when I honestly never did I just opened up to put on and the arm came off so obviously the glasses that were sold to me were of very poor quality and as I have been a customer for years and also am a contact customer I feel this is awful customer service to the point it is making me look elsewhere for my contacts and glasses now unfortunately I will be leaving Specsavers I also feel that the staff in there were very rude and just looked at me like I was dirt
