        I met two very amazing persons today. The lady Ricki had so much energy and brightness about her. It made me so welcome and happy to be there. The optician I met was also very welcoming, full of energy and a pleasure to have for my appointment. Thank you for seeing me and keep up to lovely energy you both have and keep up the good work.

        Told they would phone me when my glasses turned up. After nearly a month I phoned them to be told they had been in for nearly 2 weeks. If your not going to phone, then don't say you will. Time to find another options I think.

        First time getting my eyes tested in 5 years and had a really positive experience here, all staff were very friendly and when choosing glasses I was on my own and needed a second opinion, the lady was patient and honest with me and I chose a pair that suited me and the complete opposite of what I was looking at on my own which I am very grateful for. Thank you!
