        Seem to only care if you have all the free time in the world. Happy to not give appointment you need or want over run cancel your appointment make yoh lose day pay and expect you to come the dlnext day instead. I actual now have a fear of attending appointments here.

        Lydia and leanne were both fantastic. nothing was too much trouble at Branch 86 above bar street .Southampton. We highly recommend and this will now be our Local Opticians.

        Probably ok for basic vision requirements but lack expertise for the more challenging vision problems so go elsewhere. Supplied the wrong spectacle prescription twice, wasting months of my time and over 300.

        such friendly and welcoming staff :) they went above and beyond for my son and daughter when we went in for an eye test. really kind and made us feel welcome and were so good at keeping my two year old entertained with colouring and books! they took the time to sit with my daughter and help her to colour, which was just so lovely! :) thank you so so so much! xx
