Came here following being recovered by the AA, people seemed nice enough but after they had my car for almost three days they told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I knew this wasnt the case as my car wouldnt change gear and so I took it to another garage and the master cylinder in my car is gone. Wouldnt use them again, they did not have a care to give!! They obviously didnt want to deal with the problem, even though I had called before to make sure it was alright to bring the car to them. I dont know how they missed that, even after the AA man told him what was wrong!! Unbelievable

Booked a clutch replacement for the Monday, got a call to change to Tuesday, When I dropped the car off the night before, they say they can't find the booking, I eventally found it and said they forgot to put in the their scheduling book. So they say they need more time, and promise to finish by the end of Wednesday. As I am going away Thursday Morning They called on Wednesday morning saying I need a dual mass flywheel for an extra 210, so I say well I need it fix so I don't have a choice for the extra cost (surely this should be researched beforehand for their quoting). I even ask him to confirm the final cost, and he said it will be just under 900 (869.51 it should have been, so that's correct). Called them around 4pm and ask about collecting the car, and they say it is not ready and ask say it should be ready in the morning around 9:30am. I called in the morning around 11pm as I haven't heard anything and it is ready, however when I went to pay, my bill is now nearly 930, turns out he forgot to add vat on the 210 extra. The combination of unable to finish the job on time and unable to quote accurately are letting this business down. I hope they will improve going forward. This also means I have to change my trip plans to leave a day later, lucky my onwards jorney is on Friday night, so I had some leeway.
