        The 3rd time I am travelling to you to post my yodel parcels and you say either that no collection till X day, system will not allow me to collect now or please come tomorrow morning like I would spend my time and money for you. I just traveled to another point and told me its straight s**t what you say and scanned the parcel straight. Will form a complain as well with yodel as you do not deserve to have a drop off licence.
