The guys hasn't a clue about 'coaching'. Has some outrageous coaching/training techniques. He doesnt have that raw coaching ability. He's a bit of a meathead, really arrogant and full of himself. Oh how I miss Ocean Gym in Southampton Gave him 180 for 3 months and asked weather I could put it on hold and use the 3 months at a later date as I had some life things going on at the time, completely ignored me, instead offered me 121 sessions for when I was free. His eyes are completely on your wallet. 2 stars because he's really struggling and I feel a bit bad for him

Great gym and superb coach with a wealth of knowledge in the sport and knows just how to push you to get the best from you

Alex is the nuts, best coach about. It's a proper gym the way a Thai gym should be. Great people and atmosphere. And brilliant for kids. This is the gym you want to go to if you want to do Thai!!
