Could not recommend enough. Quality service from the minute of initial phone call, great customer service, exceeded our expectations. Andrew found perfect car and sorted out all in one day. Highly recommended.

We had a really bad experience. Processing fee was higher than other companies but we were assured it was because of their high level of customer service. To cut a long story short we had weeks in the process without hearing from them. We'd call the office multiple times for an update and never have a call back. After we signed our order form we then received new order forms that were 20% higher. Called for an explanation but everyone we spoke to 'couldn't access the system' or had to check with somebody else. We asked them outright of we would have to pay anymore money which they answered 'no, the original quote is firm'. Finally recieved a call to say that the dealership had 'forgot' to include VAT in our quote (This was a month after we received the quote and had ordered the car). We've been told we're getting a refund which we still haven't received and we still haven't got a car. I've never left a review in my life but this has been a terrible experience from start to finish and a complete waste of time.

Terribly shocking customer service from Peter and awful leasing company. Took 4 weeks to process a leasing quote only then to be told it had gone up by 50 and that they had accidentally got the price wrong even though contract had been signed. Bunch of cowboys and do not use!
