Brian Simpson, Lauren Welch and the whole team at John Charcol made the whole process enjoyable. As a first time buyer I was very concerned about the whole buying a house process, but Brian made sure I understood the jargon and he was ready to answer any questions I had. I didn't need to chase anyone in the team. They were always updating me on what's happening next. Everything was sorted from Mortgage to insurance by the team and they all go me deals I'm pleased with. I have already started recommending John Charcol to all my friends.

From the very first exchange, Brian was available and responsive. Also after analyzing the fees, it seemed natural to work with John Charcol. The bank was not as quick, but the follow-up team, Gemma and Iain, have always been there to answer my questions and provided excellent follow-up until the sale was closed. I will certainly use John Charcol again and I can only recommend their services.
