        Unfortunately my phone was beyond repair however the staff at fallen apples were courteous, very professional and advised me of my rights with regard to my warranty with my network provider and Apple itself - if they hadnt done so, Id have bought another phone at considerable cost. So, thanks to the Fallen Apples team for the consultation, investigation and latterly the spot-on advice on how to resolve my issue with my carrier - saving me a ton of money. Would highly recommend. 2023 update: Had a charging port problem with my phone - quick consultation and I brought it in for the team to have a look. Turns out it was just fluff! Safely removed very quickly and thankfully, kindly, no charge. These guys are superb. This is exactly why recommend them to everyone.
