        From first visiting the shop in Bitterne until the fitter left our home every aspect was absolutely first class. Customer service was exceptional. Good advice on the choice of carpet Measuring up was friendly and efficient Fitter was polite, friendly and very efficient. Would definately recommend to anyone needing new flooring Our first go to company for future needs

        Awful store had musty smell manager's attitude was smarmy and was only interested if we wanted to carpet the entire downstairs don't think they will be in business for much longer
